How it works
Leveraging the power of Zoom, Zoom Webinar, Amazon Chime, WebEx, or any of the other video conferencing platforms, we work with your team to create and prepare compelling meetings and conferences for your organization.
Presenters can be remote from home or the office, in conference rooms with or without a live audience, or in an auditorium with a live audience. Working dilligently with your team, we prepare all the necessary graphic elements, lower thirds, video elements, music, and any other enhancements to inform and engage your audience.
Well organized rehearsals bring it all together into a cohesive whole, ready to update, educate, and wow your audience on meeting day. The entire event is recorded and can be rebroadcast and viewed later over any number of delivery channels.
We can also include polls, games, panels, Q&As, sponsor reels and many other additional enhancements.
When worlds collide
CFO on vacation? No problem. We offer three levels of production for pre-recorded presentations that are then seamlessly integrated into the live meeting. Pre-records can range from a single presenter to panels to an entire program. Three options are available to fit your needs and budget.
Enhanced Zoom
Employing a sophisticated audio and video workflow, combined with expert level preparation and production, we can pre-record your executives, vendors, subject matter experts or any other presenter to produce high quality audio and video recordings. We edit the presentation, combine graphic elements, and enhance the recording utilizing the most advanced proprietary processing tools to produce a professional looking, final edited piece, ready to be slotted into your live meeting and archived in any format and resolution for future reference.
Next level
We combine all of the workflow elements of the Enhanced Zoom process with purpose built cloud recording tools that allow us to capture locally recorded video content, remotely. The result is exceptionally clean, high quality video content, immune to network variations and the sometimes glitchy results obtained from standard video conferencing tools.
Digital cinema
For the highest possible quality, we have pioneered a remote workflow that uses broadcast quality digital cinema cameras and audio equipment to produce content that is indistinguishable from a traditional location shoot, at a fraction of the cost. The combination of professional tools and preparation, production experience, and expert direction results in the ultimate in remote production quality.
